SMS Terms and Conditions
Sound BI Conversational Messaging — operated by Sound BI, LLC.
Program Description
Sound BI Conversational Messaging lets Sound BI, LLC employees send and receive person-to-person text messages with clients and prospects from their individual Sound BI business phone numbers for one-to-one conversations about scheduling, support requests, and active engagements. Messages are written by a named employee. The program does not send marketing, promotional, or automated bulk messages.
Consent
You consent to receive text messages in one of three ways: verbally, by telling a Sound BI employee in a phone call or meeting that you would like to be contacted by text; in writing, by submitting the opt-in form at soundbi.com/sms-opt-in or the Sound BI text message opt-in form hosted on Microsoft Forms; or by texting START to the business number of a Sound BI employee, which is shown in the email signature of that employee. Sound BI never sends a text message asking for your consent; the first text you receive follows an opt-in recorded by one of these three methods. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Your phone number and opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Cancellation
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that number. After sending STOP, one final confirmation message may be delivered, after which no further messages will be sent from that number unless you opt back in by replying START or asking a Sound BI employee to text you again.
Support
Reply HELP to any message, email aaron@soundbi.com, or call +1 615 639 7773 for assistance.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
